Account Manager Cheadle, Stockport Monday Friday Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus annual bonus and excellent benefits package. This role would suit a candidate with strong telephony-based relationship building skills. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively and efficiently support brokers, in order to provide an outstanding service and promote brand and products. Work with the leadership team to promote excellent service standards Accurately and promptly maintain CRM records. Proactively engage new broker registrations. Account Manager Experience: - Previous experience working within a telephony environment / telephone-based role. Exceptional relationship building & communication skills. Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills. Strong planning and organisation skills.
