Night Nurse / RGN Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire £19.00 - £20.00ph Full time or Part time / Able to commit to 12-hour shifts on a rota basis As a Night Nurse at Shipston Lodge, a family-run 70-bed home in Shipston on Stour, you'll value kindness above all. The role: Bring your clinical expertise to our closely-knit, dedicated team in an environment that is both hugely rewarding and offers real autonomy to practice. You will ensure that the highest standard of care is delivered to residents in order to comply with the Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety as set down by the Care Quality Commission. Staff supervision and development: lead, motivate and mentor your team - delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home. Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Generally promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
