Our client is looking for a full-time experienced therapist who can perform a wide variety of spa and beauty therapy treatments of the highest quality, provide outstanding client care and exceed guest’s expectations. Key areas of responsibility Performing treatments to an outstanding levelAdvise guests on homecare products and consistently achieve set targetsActively promote the spa menu through upselling and cross sellingAttract repeat business by offering an outstanding serviceEnsure guest journey is seamless and expectations are exceededEnsure all spa standards are met and maintained to the highest levelAlways be punctual and preparedMust be NVQ L3 qualified or equivalent In return my client offers a generous salary with competitive commission structure and company benefits including use of club facilities.
