Overview

Bi-Lingual Technical Support Advisor who speaks fluent English and French is required for a World leading technology company who have a heavy focus on gaming. This is a permanent full-time position based from their large offices in Sunbury-on-Thames. They have plenty of parking on-site and are also a short walk from the station so ideally located. As Technical Support Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical questions or problems regarding the gaming technology. The successful Technical Support Advisor will speak and write in fluent English and German as well as having a keen interest in computer gaming along with experience providing technical support. Duties as Technical Support Advisor are: Respond to technical issues and product questions in English and French via telephone, email and social media; Independently identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; Use CRM system to document and categorise cases; Regularly review and update regional email templates; Maintain and update knowledge on all products; Take responsibility for specific projects. As Technical Support Advisor you must: Have excellent organisational skills; Speak fluent English and French both written and verbally; Excellent time management; Good team player with a positive working attitude; Interest in gaming and enjoys social media discussions about products and technology.
