Marketing Officer £24,623 - £26,581 per annum Permanent Dunfermline Campus 35 hours per week Fife College is looking to appoint a talented, fresh-thinking and enthusiastic communications professional to join its Marketing and PR team as a Marketing Officer. The role As Marketing Officer within the Marketing and Public Relations team you will be responsible for creating fresh, engaging content through a mix of creative channels to deliver messaging to promote the brand and in line with the College’s vision, mission and values. You will contribute to the wider Marketing Strategy and associated policies, whilst building Fife College’s reputation as a high quality educational institution. You’ll have: A qualification at SCQF Level 8 or equivalent in a Communications related subject Experience of working with a range of internal “product area” clients to determine their business requirements and translating these to effective marketing solutions. Experience of developing integrated tactical marketing plans across a range of channels to increase awareness, engagement and leads Experience of proposition development and briefing creative/studio colleagues to translate this to finished artwork. Experience of preparing agency briefs to commission external/paid-for media opportunities A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work with the ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative It’d be great if you also have: Experience of working within an FE or HE environment Experience of working in a high-performing marketing/communications team Method of applying is by fully completed application form.
