Overview
Are you an experienced and technically knowledgeable Commercial Account Handler looking to develop your career within a dynamic and rapidly expanding Broker in Manchester. The company A highly successful Broker with a superb track record in organic growth, the business pride themselves on being genuine trusted advisors to their clients. The role You will be working closely with the Account Executive/Director team to ensure all client needs are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsible for providing technical advice on insurance programmes and putting together client prospect risk presentations for Insurers, predominantly for renewal cases although there will be numerous opportunities to do so for new business as well. In addition, you will negotiate insurance premiums and cover with Insurers, ensuring you are inline with the client's requirements. General duties include producing reports for clients and responding to client enquiries in a proactive and independent manner. What you will need to succeed You will need to have proven experience of working as an Account Handler in the insurance industry, with good commercial insurance product knowledge and the hunger to learn and develop as a broking professional in a grown up and autonomous role.
