Overview
Our client is looking for permanent Inbound Customer Service Agents for office work in Brighton. This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or someone looking to change career who has strong experience. You will be tasked with handling customer queries and giving great service. Starting salary between £21,000 and £25,000 plus bonus incentives. 37.5 fulltime hours per week Monday to Friday. Full training provided with company benefits and progression structure. You will have a good telephone manner, professionalism, enthusiasm and be able to start immediately.
