Overview
Job Title: Travel and Leisure Advisor Hours: 37.5 hours per week flexible from 8:30 - 8:00 Mon - Fri (Rota basis) 1 Saturday in 3 (compulsory overtime at £80) Salary : £18,000 basic salary rising to £20,000 upon successful completion of a 6-month probation (Uncapped commission (Average OTE c£28k) Location: Brighton As Sales Consultant your responsibilities will be: Dealing with a high volume of warm leads on a daily basis Advise customers on the perfect venues and treatments and stress the USP's of these in relation to their requirements in order to make the sale and upsell where you can. Speaking with hotel reservations departments and spa reservations teams to confirm availability and confirm bookings. Build rapport with customers and use effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their requirements. To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training. Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets/KPIs Requirements. A team player with great communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner. Highly organised. Ability to multitask. Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
