Overview

Our client a large education establishment in SW London has an immediate temporary requirement for a HRIS Analyst (iTrent) to join them on a initial 6 month contract. Reporting directly into the Senior HR Business Partner you will manage on their behalf the integrated iTrent HR/Payroll System, streamlining business processes to increase efficiency and reduce administration. Role Purpose: To lead, manage and develop the iTrent HR/Payroll System Main Responsibilities: Identify management information requirements and establish a suite of standard ad hoc reports Provide support for programmes of organisational change including departmental reviews, redeployment, restructure or redundancies Assist the HR Department to plan, produce and maintain workforce plans in accordance with corporate and curriculum requirements Keep up to date structure charts of the organisation, establishment list and induction pack Provide training for the users of the HR System, develop and maintain user guides and update them as required Analyse data and present information for inclusion in reports and other documentation. Complete statistical returns and undertake benchmarking exercises when required Work in conjunction with Finance to produce comparative data, pay reports, workforce numbers and to reconcile or validate employee information as needed Support payroll with any errors, monthly changes and reports and ensure payroll is processed correctly and on time Create and maintain workflows triggers To succeed in the job, you will need: A thorough understanding of iTrent, both HR & Payroll Extensive knowledge of Business object report writing.
