Overview
Orka Financial is recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a fast paced lettings team based in Bracknell. The role will require a detailed and confident understanding of administration processes and the ability to build cross function relationships across the business. The Accounts Administrator position will be managing a variety of administration tasks, making decisions, prioritising own workload with a proactive and positive approach. Duties Post supplier invoices Provide weekly reporting Review expense claims Set up and maintenance of customer accounts Deal with queries in timely manner Building good working relationships with external sources Resolve any outstanding administration queries Skills Administration experience supporting a team Team player who is adaptable with a can do attitude Intermediate Excel - V-look up, pivot tables Salary up to£24,000 - parking on site excellent benefits and training
