An exciting opportunity for someone looking for a 24/7 operation, this role involves working various shifts to cover days and nights, based on a 35 hour week Mon-Sun. Part of a professional team, previous call centre experience is essential with previous experience of working within the Home Emergency sector advantageous. Proven customer service experience, good verbal and written communication skills is required and the ability to perform administrative tasks.
