Overview

Following continued expansion we are adding to our development team and as such, we are seeking a passionate Junior Software Developer. This position would suit either a graduate looking for their first step in the development sector or somebody with proven development experience, (whether they are self-taught or that is gained through education does not matter to us.) We’re all about collaboration and as such, we’re looking for a great communicator with solid interpersonal skills. A knowledge and interest in current and emerging technologies and products is really important to us. As a Junior Developer you will be expected to support as well as develop ‘in-house’ products, meaning you will be developing new and exciting products, as well as supporting more legacy items, either on the phone or face to face with the client. We use the following technologies every day, so experience with them is beneficial, however you don’t need to be a master at them as please remember, training will be provided both initially and as part of our ongoing support programme… NET C# HTML Understanding of the practical application of Agile Development methods Understanding of CSS Exposure to T-SQL or PL/SQL or MySQL JavaScript/ JQuery Exposure to GIT or equivalent source control Exposure to Microsoft TFS If successful, you’ll be joining a talented team of Software Developers designated to; design, develop, test and deliver a myriad of ‘in-house’ software and web-based solutions. You will be working alongside; Junior Software Developers, Senior Developers and Project Managers, all in an effort to deliver products to the client within agreed timeframes and to the highest possible standard.
