You will support the product development team in the development of new dry and frozen products from customer specifications. Duties will include: Own entire R&D process for smaller projects from brief to launch Supporting completion of product costings Completing administration for new product launch Involvement with sourcing new ingredients Assist with customer visits Support R&D Assistant in their development Skills and experience required: 2 years food manufacturing experience Some recipe formulation experience and basic knowledge of ingredients and their functions within a recipe Some knowledge of basic quality and safety standards Able to travel occasionally Excellent team player Willing to learn For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Carrie i2i Recruitment today.
