Sales Engineer - Mobile Satellite Services £60K to 75K Salary, 6K Car Allowance, Benefits South of England Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Engineer to join an international, market leading telecommunications provider. The company are in start-up mode in the UK, but their parent company are a multi-national, multi-million pound turnover global player within the industry. As a Sales Engineer you will be dedicated to providing technical support Sales Engineering and Channel Sales teams. The responsibilities include technical ownership of ‘proof of concept’ trials and technical demonstrations to Distribution Partners, Value Added Resellers-, end-users and technology partners. In addition, the Sales Engineer will provide technical leadership to EML Product Development activities. The Sales Engineer is expected to have a strategic focus and work closely with Technology Partners to help shape the direction of end-user solutions. You will be mentored by the Head of Sales Engineering and a Commercial Director who have a wealth of industry experience. The ideal applicant for this Sales Engineer role should be/have: • 3 years technical understanding of the end-to-end provision of mobile satellite services/telecom services; • 3 years technical understanding of the end-to-end provision of M2M/IoT services; • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, and strong presentation skills; • Commutable to the office in Milton Keynes once a week.
