CAD Technical Designer

We are currently working alongside a Commercial Workplace Designer based around the Surrey area that are looking to bring on a CAD Technical Designer to join their growing team. This role has come around due to our clients increase in projects and continuous growth. As a company they work on a variety of projects valuing around £500k to £10M, with a company turnover of around 6 / 7 million. As a CAD Technical Designer you will be responsible for producing site surveys for mid to largescale projects, as well as producing detailed technical drawings via design programmes such as AutoCAD. In addition to this you will also be expected to produce construction / architectural drawings for projects, ensuring all projects are completed to set specifications. You will preferably have at least 2 years experience working across the Construction, Architectural or Interior Workplace sectors. You will be fully capable completing projects within set timelines, working on bespoke commercial projects. CAD Technical Designer Position Overview Working on Interior Design and Furniture based projects across the Commercial Workplace sector. Producing technical drawings and construction drawings via design programmes such as AutoCAD and Revit (preferably). Attending meetings on site and completing site surveys for projects. Producing Construction drawings for workplace design projects. Collaborating with Architects and Designers to complete design projects. CAD Technical Designer Position Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience working across the Construction, Architectural or Interior Workplace sectors. Degree qualified within a design field. Competent producing technical drawings via AutoCAD and Revit (preferably). Based around the Surrey area. Capable completing projects within set timelines.
