Overview
Lexus are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our business based out of our Edgware dealership. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy, a Sales Administrator will be able to provide exceptional administration support to the sales team to help them exceed their objectives. Putting customer needs at the heart of everything they do, the Sales Administrator will focus on delivering complete customer satisfaction in an organised manner. This role would be ideal for an experienced Sales Administrator who has worked within the Automotive industry. What we need Ensure that all vehicle ordering is accurate and made within the given timeframes Allocate registration numbers and taxation for vehicles correctly Ensure that all work is carried out in an organised manner and plan and prioritise tasks effectively Provide general support to the Sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to their sales Enter vehicle job sheet details onto the Service department system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hours requirements are accurate and up to date Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service Ensure the complete accuracy of all administration duties to ensure the customer is delivered to ‘right first time’ and to avoid any unnecessary delays If required, write directly to the customer for any information that needs to be passed to them Liaise with the Sales team and process vehicle orders in line with sales order, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements Liaise with Sales team and completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included. Complete all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration, insurance, road tax) Manage the stock management system, reporting any technical problems as necessary Keep stock list records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet cars as appropriate Advise the Sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status Liaise with the Sales Manager and ensure correct authorisation of new stock ordering Provide appropriate data input for centre financial reporting and customer database management purposes Attend all relevant training that is requested of you Maintain and update effective transaction records Your Skills Relevant experience in the automotive industry in a Sales Administrator role Be very experienced in administration both paper and electric based Be able to interact and communicate effectively with others Work efficiently under pressure High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organisation and be able to prioritise work effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Have experience working with the CDK/Drive systems – Ideal What we offer Competitive basic salary Lexus training pushing you through the ranks Modern work environment with top facilities Real career progression based around your aspirations Market leading benefits including healthcare, pension, childcare and company lease scheme Fun, friendly working environment About our business Jemca Car Group is one of the UKs largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships, employing over 500 employees across sites in Greater London and Thames Valley.
