Overview
Our client based in the Plymouth area are seeking a Part Time Finance Manager 20 - 24 hours per week, offering flexible working hours, whether this be over 3 or 4 days. The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified and ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment. This role will encompass the smooth running of the Finance function, along with additional HR & IT responsibilities. Duties: Production of timely Management Accounts Management and preparation of monthly projected cash flow Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice Liaise with external accountants on accounts, book-keeping, VAT, and payroll-related matters Supervision of a small finance team Monthly payroll for internal staff, to include auto-enrolment Ensuring financial controls are robust and fit for purpose Reporting on stock levels and completing valuations Key Skills: CIMA / ACA or ACCA qualified Proven Excel skills, able to manipulate large amounts of data Experienced in staff / team management Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment preferred A pro-active and 'can do' attitude
