Senior IT Support Analyst | Leading AI Company | £40 - 60k options | London I am working closely with one of the most exciting AI start-ups in London. The company are looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst, who will be a key component of the team. The company have raised a hugely impressive £15m in their Series A, which will enable you to scale their Product team significantly. The company were founded by three very well respected technologists, who have all worked for the largest tech companies globally. One of the founders in particular has previously founded a highly advanced voice technology company, which was purchased and became integrated with a well-known voice technology service. The successful candidate will come from the following background: A strong communicator Ideally you have a degree. Technical skills: Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems. Experience with MacOS and Windows System Support Cloud based IT Systems such as 365 or G-suite.
