IT Technicial Lead - 40K - Redditch IT Technicial Lead Redditch Salary up to - 40K Great company benefits & Professional development I have a fantastic opportunity available for an Technical Lead to join a market leading manufacturing company who will manage and develop 1stand 2ndline support teams, as well as acting as their escalation point. Answering directly to the IT Director you will also manage the delivery of all end-user devices (Mobiles/Desk Phones, Laptops, desktops). The right candidate will deliver a hands-on approach to the role technically in addition to providing external support when required in addition to 5 years' experience within a busy support/helpdesk environment, customer service specialist and ability to plan and deliver a budget efficiently. This is very much a hands on position and requires a high level of technical knowledge to ensure quick and efficent solutions.
