2nd Line Support Engineer Growing Service Desk & Migrations Team Office in Exeter but based remotely within commutable distance Initial 1 -3 month contract which could turn permanent This business provide cloud computing services to small and medium sized businesses across the UK. Their cloud solutions provide businesses with IT reliability, flexibility, value for money and business continuity. The core service removes the need for traditional, in-house IT infrastructure and enables more flexible working. They will store applications, data and user profiles in a secure UK data centre and deliver it over the Internet. This 'office anywhere'? solution enables people to access data anywhere with an Internet enabled device and an Internet connection. Due to the current climate, they are looking for a contract 2nd Line Support Engineer to assist the Migrations Team during an extremely busy period Within this role you will Build new servers, install applications and configure user profiles remotely. You will also communicate with customers and troubleshoot any issues after the migration is complete. This is an initial month contract which will likely roll on for 3-6 months and has the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
