Overview

Senior Business Analyst – £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Based in our new modern offices in Daresbury park, Ombudsman Services was founded in 2002 and we provide independent dispute resolution across a range of sectors, including energy and communications. As we continue to transform our business, we are seeking an experienced, Senior Business Analyst who will act as a consultant offering technology and process consulting services to a selection of SLT members. Time will be dedicated to helping a set of business stakeholders diagnose problems and understand needs. The role is responsible for maintaining a deep awareness of how a business operation works and helping the stakeholders explore technology possibilities to more effectively execute on their roles. A people management role, the role holder will lead a team of business analysts working on projects and pipeline changes aligned to OS strategy. The projects will impact multiple departments and third parties and will have significant technology and/or business investment.
