Senior Data Analysis Associate
Overview

If you are looking for an exciting new contract, then this role is for you As a Data Analytics Associate the main primary focus of the role is to support the business through ensuring high quality data entry/completeness, reporting, analytics and dashboards/insights development to help drive business execution. This role reports to Head of Customer and Market Insights UK and Ireland and sits within the wider Customer Excellence and Operations Team. This is a 12 month contract working for a global pharmaceutical business in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate needs to have experience working within the healthcare sector or in the medical field. Main Duties: Data management Data management for UK data including sales unit data and patient data for high volume UK Homecare Market, 3rd party data sources (IQVIA) and other adhoc data requests Ensuring and optimizing data Access solutions e.g. Warehouse/Atscale Manages IQVIA Brick & Post Code mapping and Territory alignment for all Business Units. Data Quality Monitoring and reporting data quality in the affiliate including Business Analytic data, Master Data Management (MDM), Open Data subscription, Sales Integrator and reference data. Provide insight into data quality issues at the affiliate and suggests appropriate remediation for approval. Data Analytics Applies analytical expertise to support decision making, conducting critical analyses by integrating multiple data sources to provide an objective viewpoint and recommendations. Support FACE (filed team) Dashboard. Data quality and incident resolution Development of data visualization dashboards (Qlik & PowerBI) Proactively seek opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and data visualization. CRM administrator Manage users and Data Field Alignment, activities, multichannel consents, territories and support cycle planning process. Ensures delivery of CRM user queries/issues and training on Data Change Request process. Ad-hoc support & Business Intelligence Support the UKI CMI team generally as required on tasks, processes and projects Participate in the SME-Teams and deliver actions to provide support to the DST community in terms of knowledge, training, reference materials and act as central point of contact to consolidate DST issues Requirements Ideally have a degree in a relevant field. Data analytics/Business intelligence qualifications Proficient in English; additional languages an advantage Relevant experience within a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry with a specific focus on delivery of data management, analytics and insights. Has a broad understanding of pharmaceutical data, including market research data, and which source to leverage in order to answer business questions most effectively Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables. Highly collaborative - must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and take guidance and direction from Regional CMI and Affiliate Leadership teams. Strong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills. Very strong MS Office skills (Excel), Veeva & Veeva reporting. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
