DevOps Engineer / System Admin | Chiswick, UK | Start ASAP | Permanent |Up to £55,000 per annum We are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to join our exciting client based in Chiswick, London . The successful candidate will have strong, all-rounded technical skills. This role potentially allows remote working for up to 2 days per week further down the line. If you have the following skills and are looking for an exciting new role where you will get the chance to work with many modern technologies then please get in touch: Key skills: Strong working knowledge of Linux Debian (securing and updating) including networking principles (Firewalls, TCP/IP, VPNS, Proxy etc) Strong troubleshooting experience and ability to isolate and monitor faults Experience of CI/CD tools and working practices Ability to build, secure and maintain Debian VM for webservers (MEAN stack) and NGINX Experience with SSH, log monitoring, APT, PM2, NodeJs, Mongo, Ansible OR Puppet, GIT, Datadog (or similar monitoring tools such as Elastick or Splunk) Strong BASH scripting skills Ability to maintain Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence on the company’s own Debain servers and own PBX phone system (3cx) Ability to maintain IoT images (Ubuntu Core) Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies, cloud services & automation tools Strong SQL experience including deployment abilities to allow external applications to communicate with it Experience working with containers such as Docker (deployment aspects) DevOps Engineer / System Admin | Chiswick, UK | Start ASAP | Permanent |Up to £55,000 per annum This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89901511
