Overview
Are you available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks? We are actively recruiting for HR Manager to join our client on a fixed term contract for 6 months? Do you have proven experience working in a fast paced, change orientated environment Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support c450 employees, you will act as HR partner to managers in a specified client group, acting as first point of contact for all people enquiries and enabling managers to deliver the highest level of service quality to their people. Essential Skills: Experience as an HR partner or Senior Advisor in a fast paced, change orientated environment Excellent communication and relationship building skills Excellent knowledge of employment law Significant experience and knowledge of TUPE, restructuring , change consultation Detail conscious Numerate Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately
