Overview
An interim HR Advisor job in Woking, supporting a sector leading organisation with operational HR requirements Your new company A sector leading organisation with an international reach, based closed to Woking station. Due to upward mobility, an interim HR Advisor is required for an initial period of 6 months, paying up to £35,000 Your new role Supporting the Senior HR team, you will play your part in delivering a full operation HR service to the wider business. As a true generalist you will split your workload into employee relations, recruitment support, engagement and development work, as well as ensuring the upskilling and progression of capability within the management structure. You will also update policies and procedures as required in line with legislative updates. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience supporting on basic to complex ER cases and a commercial mindset. You will be able to identify efficiencies in process management and implement effective change. Relevant qualifications are desirable though not essential.
