Overview
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR WEYBRIDGE £25,000-£30000 with excellent company benefits bonus scheme About the Project Administrator role: Manage day to day distribution agreement enquiries providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Support the regional strategic sourcing manager in execution of the regional sourcing strategy and key enquiry support. Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator role: Project Support Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients requiring product(s) from exclusive distribution agreements. Maintain individual enquiry tracker ensuring sourcing, delivery and aftercare responsibilities are kept up to date. Execute sourcing requirements for clinical trial projects against agreed KPIs & timeframes Liaise with Group support functions and suppliers to ensure the delivery against awarded projects. Provide relevant feedback to line manager regarding client [internal and external] service feedback and action improvements where opportunity exists Work effectively with project management, peers and BD team to identify, understand and help manage client relationships, expectations and service. Contribute to the comprehensive reporting for both the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and the Delivery Schedule in a timely manner Adhere to compliance and traceability expectations throughout the project supply chain Provide a regular report on all current open project opportunities and discrepancies to management. Distribution agreement operations Manage operational relationships with distribution agreement suppliers to maximise opportunities and ensure the best pricing and terms possible is achieved. Measure distribution agreement performance through the implementation of KPI’s and regularly review to ensure they are continuously improved. Manage any ongoing investigations or disputes to a favourable outcome for Clinigen. Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of any discrepancies to management. Customer service Ensure world class customer service is provided both internally and externally and measured to an agreed set of objectives. Ensure the timely turnaround of enquires whilst ensuring the most effective sourcing strategy is provided. Manage customer service levels and set targets for all exclusive distribution agreements Candidate requirements Educated to degree level preferable Knowledge of the key principles of cross functional project management and effective client relationship management Proficient in use of web-based IT systems and Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Project Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation Able to delegate, effectively prioritize own and workload Strong business and commercial acumen Benefits package N on-contractual bonus scheme 35 days holiday INC.
