Overview
We are working in tandem with a leading law firm to add an ambitious client relationship professional to the existing team. This role is a pivotal appointment within the wider BD team and will play a key role in key account managing some impressive and long-standing global clients. The role will see you join one of the leading client relationship team within the legal sector, which will give you a platform to learn from experience CRM professionals whilst also offering a defined mid-long term career development opportunity. Key responsibilities Ensure that the platinum client relationships are managed and maintained through best practice and implementing retention initiatives to strengthen the relationships. Manage the annual client planning review process and providing transparent action points. Work with client partners on effective new and existing initiatives to increase revenue. We are looking for someone who is operating within a CRM capacity at present within professional services or an individual with a broader BD background who would be interested in moving into a client relationship role.
