Social Worker - Adult MASH - Manchester - Up to £25.02 Per Hour Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker for a role within an adult MASH team for a client based in Manchester. In this role as a successful social worker you will be working on duty and safeguarding enquires and investigations. Previous safeguarding/MASH experience is desirable and experience of being resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits of this Social Work Role: Specialist safeguarding role Competitive pay rate Working for Manchester City Council Free parking next to the office Duties of this Social Work Role: Triaging adult safeguarding concerns providing advice, comprehensive actions and appropriate delegation. Â To ensure decisions and outcomes are communicated and all relevant information is robustly documented and shared as appropriate including back to the referrer where no further action has been taken. The ability to demonstrate expert and effective practice with more complex and challenging cases and situations. Working independently managing own professional caseload. Taking ownership for ongoing enquiries, reports and investigations including written Section 42 enquiries, non-statutory enquiries and Multi Agency Risk Management meetings. The ability to work with complex practice issues creatively and innovatively ensuring that the customer's wishes and outcomes are always sought.
