Description The duties of the credit control supervisor will include but not limited to: Proactively chasing overdue and outstanding accounts via telephone Managing your own portfolio of clients ensuring business relationships are maintained Ensuring the smooth running of the credit control functions Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve cash collection targets Hold 1-2-1 with current staff members and offer training where required Setting up new accounts and managing customers credit limits Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances with precision Knowledge of customer self-billing accounts and processes Be the lead escalation point of contact ensuring the team resolve customer invoice disputes in a timely manner Producing weekly aged debt reports Reconciliation and cash positing duties Profile The credit control supervisor will have the following: Previous experience of managing a team of credit controller - Essential Ability to achieve results in a pressurised environment - Essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Essential Excellent stakeholder management - Essential Ability to develop and train team members - Essential Strong relationship building skills - Essential Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail - Essential Excellent attention to details and problem solving skills - Essential Excellent man management skills - Essential Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £26-29,000 22 days holidaypenison career progression
