FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE- GREAT WORKING HOURS- DAY SHIFTS WITH EARLY FINISH FRIDAY & NO WEEKENDS Our prestigious FMCG client are looking to expand their workforce due to their continued demand for their products and services. They are now recruiting for Production Operatives to join their team on the outskirts of Wakefield. We are keen to speak with candidates who have previously worked in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment and who have experience operating machinery including packing lines. Hourly rate starts at £8.84 increasing after 12 weeks with the potential to go permanent. FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION To operate a range of packing machinery Work to daily production targets Responsible of completion of necessary paperwork as required Ensuring quality and safety issues are adhered to Work in close partnership with team and support as required Promote company values Complete any training as required Promote a continuous improvement environment FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE PERSON SPECIFICATION Working knowledge of food manufacturing/ pharmaceutical sector Experience operating machinery including packing lines Understanding of food hygiene standards Ability to work to SOP's/SWP's Good communication skills Driving Licence is preferable due to the location JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
