Overview
Children's Senior Social Worker - Dudley Council - £29.93 LTD I am recruiting for a Qualified Children's Senior Social Worker to join the Care Management Team for Dudley Council. The purpose of the job is to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and promote their upbringing by their families, wherever and whenever possible, by the provision of services. Adhere to the HCPC Code of Practice of Social Workers. Key Requirements: •You will have past Social work experience in local government for a minimum of two years •You will have direct experience of working with children •You will have knowledge of relevant statutory social work legislation •You will have the use of own vehicle Key Features: •You will be initiating and drafting reports •You will be dealing with/recording casework •You will be developing person-centred care plans •You will be participating within a duty team framework Benefits: As part of DCC's commitment to ensuring social workers achieve their full professional capabilities, candidates benefit from furthering their skills and knowledge with Dudley City Council learning and development offer. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week on a 3 month minimum contract. Rates of pay are £29.93 per hour.
