Overview
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their homecare service in Windsor, Berkshire. The Company: This is a small independent organisation that provide high quality, person centred care to services uses in their own homes within the private sector. They have been operating for just short of 3 years and have a fantastic reputation in the local area for their exceptionally high standards. They offer personal care and assist with medication to domestic assistance and social care. They really look after their employees, offering on-going training and opportunities for career progression and annual salary reviews. The Branch/The role: This branch is in Windsor, Berkshire and provides roughly around 500 hours of care p/week and has ?Good' across the board with CQC. The Registered Manager will grow and develop the business, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, will need to be able to build relationships within the local community, establish key contacts within the care sector. You will be responsible for marketing the company and service to the private market. You will be building a strong team of carers and a strong office-based support team around you. You will have to abide by all CQC regulations and keep standards high at all times. The Person: You will be an experienced manager who has previously been registered with CQC and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care. You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a passionate, dedicated, driven, and ambitious and has a clear focus on establishing and growing the branch. You will likely already be a successful registered manager with a strong track record and know the local area well.
