Exciting Opportunities in Manchester. Quantity Surveyor Job - Manchester Your new company An exciting opportunity has come available with a large commercial building contractor based in Manchester. Your new role You will be working as a key member of the commercial team reporting directly to the commercial Manager. You will be based in their head office pricing and winning work which you will then see through to completion. The majority of projects are large multi-storey, mixed use developments experience working on projects similar to this would be essential. What you'll need to succeed You will of had a minimum of 5 years experience within quantity surveying working on large multi-million pound commercial projects.You will be an ambitious and driven individual who will be competent to work on their own initiative but also work well with the team. You will be a good communicator who is able to build and retain relationships with key clients and site staff. You will also be able to win the work then follow the process through to handover yourself, ensuring effective communication throughout.
