6 Month contact - Building Maintenance Surveyor Your new company A large Birmingham based housing association, with a passion for providing excellent service to all customers. Your new role Predominantly surveying pre and post inspection of contractor works. What you'll need to succeed Preferred to have a HNC in any building studies surveying or construction discipline or a degree in building surveying. Experience within a housing association would be essential. To be able to work autonomously and be able to quickly get up to speed with the systems in place.
