Overview
Interim position for a Project Manager who has end to end development and regeneration experience Your new company As a Principal level Project Manager you will be joining a local authority based in the Exeter region who are currently making use of record levels of investment into regeneration and the wider environment. Recent large projects include leisure centres, housing and student accommodation. Your new role As a Project Manager you will operate at a senior level helping to deliver a number of major complex developments in the region. You will provide advice and guidance to developers seeking to start projects and undertake site visits and meetings to discuss development options with developers. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position you will need to demonstrate previous experience in partnering with developers on behalf of the client, as well as displaying excellent knowledge in planning regulations and building control. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered an initial 3-6 month contract which is highly likely to extend, alongside a daily rate of pay.
