Operating almost entirely on recommendation, their track record speaks for itself and they pride themselves on providing the highest possible standard of service and expertise. They range from small to large projects, so they can meet any individual requirement on a time frame and budget. Your new role You will be joining a new project from start to finish for 16 weeks in refurbishment. You will have a hands-on approach and be confident in running a team. You will be able to work under pressure and stay on budget. This role is based in Belfast. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong communication skills to drive and motivate the team to ensure the project is delivered. You will have a CSR site supervisor card or equivalent. You will have knowledge on Health and Safety. What you'll get in return This role is a site-based role in Belfast and will be an ongoing contract for the right person as they have a strong work load in Northern Ireland.
