Fit-Out Site Manager Required, Call Judith Mallon on 028 9044 6900 Fit-Out Site Manager Required, Call Judith Mallon on 028 9044 6900 Your new company You will be joining a successful construction company who specialise in the delivery of construction solutions to retail clients. They have delivered high profile projects over that time, from Distribution Centre's to major stores developments, fit outs, refurbishment and petrol station projects. Your new role With a number of upcoming projects throughout Northern Ireland, and an already enviable workload, our client has a requirement for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. You will have experience in working to tight deadlines and within budget. You could be on one site for up to 4 weeks, then move to another location around Northern Ireland. You will have a hands-on approach and be confident in running a team. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong communication skills to drive and motivate the team to ensure the project is delivered. You will have a CSR site supervisor card or equivalent. You will have knowledge on Health and Safety. You will have a proven history of fitout experience. What you'll get in return This role is based on different sites throughout Northern Ireland and the contract will be an ongoing contract for the right person as they have a strong work load in Northern Ireland. You will be provided with a competitive rate and a van to get you to each site.
