Senior Cloud Engineer Central London - Permanent Financial Trading / FinTech Competitive Base (up to £120k) Benefits Bonus As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this keystone member of London's banking fraternity for over a decade, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a permanent 'Senior Cloud Engineer' to work as part of their 'Cloud Engineering team' within the organisation and will be accountable for the implementation & delivery of their shared services into the Cloud as well as the development of standards and tooling. Candidates must have a strong background in Cloud Engineering and demonstrate significant experience in Engineering in cloud-based technologies, CICD automated pipeline deployments and Infrastructure as Code. User base here is c. 1000 users. This is a high availability, low latency platform environment supporting critical financial trading applications. Skills / Environment: Cloud Engineering Technical leadership of cloud implementations / cloud projects Amazon Cloud technologies / AWS preferred Azure optional CICD automated pipeline deployments, Infrastructure as Code. GIT Jenkins Ansible Terraform Hashicorp Vault Collaborate across projects. Lead / drive standardisation Experience working in high availability, low latency environments of benefit. Banking sector helpful, but not mandatory.
