Claims Administrator - Leeds Are you interested in joining an international legal business and providing high level professional support within Claims Team? Then we would love to hear from you… We are seeking to recruit a Claims Admin Assistant to join the team in Leeds. We offer an open office and pleasant working environment (with a dress down policy) with a friendly atmosphere. What will you be doing? Responsible for providing a comprehensive end to end administrative support service to the Claims department. Undertake a broad range of administrative activities including (but not limited to): Summarising and registering new notifications Putting files in to electronic formats Sending acknowledgements Conducting conflict and sanctions searches Assisting with diary management Providing management information (reports) Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely, i.e. filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, typing, diary management, making / receiving telephone calls, dealing with a range of enquiries, making appointments, minute taking etc. Arranging and processing payment requests, to include assistance with billing and accounts. Dealing with financial matters e.g. financial updates to include Reverse Flow information (data received from clients), revision of MPL and PML forecasts etc. What we are looking for; Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum C grade passes in Maths and English. Demonstrable experience of having delivered excellent customer service. Strong decision making skills. Demonstrable planning and organising skills. Demonstrable experience of relationship management (internal and external). Ability to consistently produce work of the highest standard even when working under tight timescales and when dealing with competing work pressures. Demonstrable ability to complete work accurately.
