Overview
A well established and growing real estate and financial services company is looking for an experienced management accountant who is looking for progress their career in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable Company registrations and filings including VAT Using Xero to set up companies, post journals and prepare monthly management accounts for SPV and JV companies in for review by Financial Controllers Setting up template folders for each deal and ensuring these folders are consistent, up-to-date and referenced back to the accounting numbers Carrying out bank and intercompany reconciliations Assist in presentations, reports and project management deliverables Other ad hoc duties as required Relevant Experience Strong Accounts Payable and Finance Operations experience Companies House registrations/filings, VAT registrations/filings Part-Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - final stages) 2.1 degree Financial Services experience (essential) Excel proficient (essential) Xero (essential) Understanding of accounting for loans (desirable) Real Estate experience (desirable) Self-management to meet deadlines Ability to work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment Confident and communicates effectively verbally and in writing
