Overview
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Night Concierge to work at a luxurious Build to Rent scheme based in the heart of Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be extremely professional, dressed immaculately and be able to deliver 5 customer service to residents. The shift pattern for this role is 4 on 4 off and the hours will be 8pm - 8am. The salary will be £25,000 per annum. Duties will include Manning the reception desk. Delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Dealing with any queries or issues from residents. Distributing post and parcels, supervising contractors. Holding keys. Ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5 hotels would be desirable. Candidates must be immaculately presented, possess strong customer service skills and be able to abide by procedures set by the managing agents. Please submit your CV along with your application.
