Overview
Our client is a highly regarded Insurance Broker who are currently looking for a Commercial Claims/ Commercial Account Handler to join their Southampton office. This is a hybrid role. You will oversee an existing portfolio of cases, working closely with other departments to fulfil the customers claims need. You will also be responsible for supporting other members of staff with mid term adjustments, customer service and administration. To qualify for this role, applicants should possess the following: Cert CII qualification or progression towards preferred A proven track record handling commercial claims Risk management knowledge is advantageous First class communication skills Good attention to detail Confidence in dealing with internal and external customers and clients Strong negotiation skills Proficient in Word and Excel Preferably have used Open GI Competitive salary and benefits available for the successful candidate
