Temporary Specialist Projects Assistant to Chief Operating Officer - Woking - £18.00 to £20.00 Per Hour - 3 Months Initially The company & Role Working with the Senior Management team, this exciting project role provides structured planning, project coordination and executive support to the COO and the team. The ideal candidate will provide overall executive support to the COO and support the general efficiency of the Executive Office. You will assist with structured forward planning for projects and COO engagement. This post will be the focal point in the Executive Office for programmes of work. Key features include: - Structured planning and project coordination Executive Support to the COO Executive Office Coordination and Administrative Support What you'll need to be successful Experience of working with stakeholders at senior executive level. Experience in structured planning and providing high-level executive and meetings support. Able to work as part of a high performing team, and to proactively support the team to become more effective and productive. Able to work in an international environment and to understand the implications of this for meetings and communications. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - demonstrable aptitude with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and with highly effective communication skills in writing and in person.
