Today they are trusted with more than £85 billion by 1,136,000 clients. We have a very exciting position to join their Helpdesk team as a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor: First point of contact Dealing with complex queries on varied topics Assisting clients in general support for their Investments and Pension accounts Primarily a telephone-based role Upholding a professional telephone manner at all times Demonstrating extensive business and product knowledge Inputting customer details and information on to internal computer databases Demonstrating high attention to detail Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 7pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:30am-12:30pm) 40 hours a week.
