Electronic Invoicing Systems Administrator | City of London | Law Firm | Property Sector Your new company You will be working as an Electronic Invoicing Systems Administrator in the City of London. For a Law firm who specialise in the property sector. They are market leaders in their field and have open the role to deal with the constant increase in business. Your new role Within your new role you will be responsible for looking after the companies billing portals. These duties will include, checking all invoices that have been generated to ensure they are correct for each particular portal. You will communicate with clients to obtain matter and purchase order numbers and gain permission to upload invoices. You will upload invoices to billing portals in a timely fashion and reconcile raised invoices against the online portal. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed within your new role you will be a team player, that has fantastic communication. You will have a proactive mentality to solving problems and also have a methodical approach to work. Having previous experience in a similar role or working with online billing portals would be beneficial.
