Overview
INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITOR Industrial Disease Solicitor is required to deal with a mixed caseload of NIHL and EL/PL related claims work. This is working for a leading defendant team based out of its office in Manchester city centre. Role Overview In joining this firm as an industrial disease solicitor, you will join a team that specialises in a mix of industrial disease and EL/PL work for public sector and healthcare clients. You will be expected to handle your own caseload of industrial deafness and EL/PL claims with the potential opportunity to work on other cases that are dealt with in the team including hand arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), partial and full loss of sight, chemical exposure, bladder cancer, MRSI, chronic regional pain syndrome, stress and harassment. Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate: A strong technical understanding of EL/PL and/or industrial deafness cases. Prior experienced in running your own independent litigated caseload Able to work as part of a team Qualified solicitor What's on offer?
