Later Life/ Equity Release Adviser - London, Surrey The Equity Release market has seen extensive growth over the last few years and is an area of the market which can be extremely lucrative for Advisers, providing they have the right brand and offering behind them. Our client, A market leading prestigious brand, needs little introduction, they deliver a diligent approach and quality service for which they are renowned throughout the world, helping finance private or commercial property transactions. As a business, they specialise in large mortgages for main or second homes, investment property, buy-to-let mortgages, Commercial Finance, Private Office, Agricultural Finance, Equity Release and International Mortgages. An exciting opportunity has now presented itself to join their newly created LaterLife / Equity Release division which is already flourishing. You will have a track record within the Equity Release market however we could also consider experienced Mortgage Advisers who have the relevant qualifications (ER1, CeRER). Key Requirements: ER1 or CeRER qualified Experience of dealing with Equity Release clients Immaculately presented Well spoken Able to communicate effectively with various clients Ability to maximise business opportunities. Motivated, target driven Keen to build a career Ability to add value Package: Up to £40k basic Commission A range of corporate benefits.
