Senior FP&A Analyst - SaaS London £55-60K share options Talentedge is excited to exclusively partner with a high growth scale-up in the software space. You'll be part of a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team, where progression is readily available and highly rewarded. Reporting directly into a very experienced FD offers the chance to gain both knowledge and skill from a very ambitious individual. You'll be given full autonomy to build and develop the FP&A function, with the assistance of a dynamic and exciting international team. Key Responsibilities: • Build, roll out and lead company-wide budgeting and forecasting • KPI analysis (key SaaS metrics to include ARR/MRR/CHURN/CAC etc), making recommendations to support business decision making • Act as a trusted business partner to senior figure heads across the entire organisation, working especially closely with product, tech, sales and marketing • Supporting on commercial activities, including future funding rounds • Continually improving key FP&A controls and processes Key Requirements: • Fully qualified accountant with 1 - 2 years PQE, preferably within a high growth technology business • Strong academic background • Naturally analytical with strong financial modelling skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Established business partner, capable of advising, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders Benefits : • 25 days paid holiday • Private health care
