Overview
Our client is a large and successful Recruitment Company within their field and they are seeking an experience Payroll Team Leader to take responsibility of day to day management of the payroll team whilst continuing to be hands on in payroll processing. Duties of the role- Managing a team of Payroll Administrators Supervise, coach and train members of the team Performance and absence management Hands on payroll processing including calculating and deducting tax, NI, SSP, SPP P45, P46, starters and leavers Adding timesheets onto the payroll system Experience required- Strong payroll knowledge & experience Previous history of managing/supervising a payroll team INDPAYS 963364RMC
