Overview

Job brief We are looking for a competent, confident Sales Support Administrator to support sales team within our clients Document and Telecom Solution Divisions. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of sales related tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Responsibilities Supporting Sales team on a daily basis Processing deals Checking sales order paperwork Placing supplier orders Liaising with leasing companies Updating and setting up record on Internal Database / CRM Running monthly reports Collating Commission claims information Dealing with customer queries Requirements Proven experience (At least 2 Years) as a sales support administrator within Managed Print Services, Document Management, Telecoms and Franking Excellent organisational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving High levels of attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of “back-office” computer system Driving licence due to office location In return we will are offering £22K - £25K salary (depending on experience) 4 weeks annual leave with and additional day per year of service up to a max of 5 Workplace pension
